Most roofing problems don't come from bad weather — they come from cheap, botched work. Slipped ridges, patched lead, half-finished repointing, guttering nailed back on and forgotten. You end up paying twice: once for the fix, and again when the leak comes back.

We work to a different standard. Every job is quoted at a fixed price after a proper survey. Every job is finished by our own team — never sub-contracted. Every job is backed in writing.

Whether it's a slipped Cotswold stone tile, a failing flat roof or a full heritage re-roof, you get one team, one point of contact, and one guarantee that means something.

Traditional Cotswold-style roofing is a core part of what we do. Natural slate, stone tiles, listed and period properties — all handled with the right materials, the right detailing and the patience the work demands.

Do you cover emergency roof repairs?+

Yes. We cover storm damage, leaks and urgent make-safes across Oxfordshire, Berkshire and the Cotswolds. Call us and we'll aim to get a survey and fixed quote to you the same day.

Is your quote free?+

Free for owner-occupied properties. For homes you have not yet purchased there is a £100 pre-purchase survey fee — fully deducted from the final quote if you go ahead with the work.

What guarantee do you offer?+

Full re-roofs carry a 15-year workmanship guarantee. Flat roofs carry a 10-year workmanship guarantee. All work is fixed-price — never day rate — and carried out by our own team.

How do payments work?+

A deposit secures your slot in the diary. The balance is paid by bank transfer on completion. On larger jobs we offer sensible stage payments so you're never paying ahead of the work.

Do you work on heritage and listed properties?+

Yes — traditional Cotswold stone tiles and natural slate are a core specialism. Listed and period properties are handled with matching materials and appropriate detailing. Please note we do not undertake thatch work.
